Referral Fees

Consistent with the Rules of Professional Conduct of the California State Bar, the Traut Firm pays referral fees to attorneys who refer their clients to this office. Referral fees are calculated as a percentage of the fee earned by this office. The fee is negotiable, and we are as generous as we are flexible. The arrangement must make sense to both of us.

Northern California and Out-of-State Counsel

Some of our referrals are from attorneys located out of state or in northern California. On the other hand, we often refer cases to experienced counsel located out of state or in northern California. Reciprocity can lead to a beautiful relationship.
